Just finished up another excellent weekend at Renegade Craft Fair! We did this in 2010 and it was awesome, but we missed it last year because it was our wedding day (happy anniversary to us!). The Chicago fair is huge and as always, filled with tons of interesting crafts, food, music and people. There were some familiar favorite booths there, and lots of new stuff that we hadn’t seen before. Two of my favorite new vendors were Shawna Smith, who had amazing kids’ clothes, Ship & Shape, who had a bunch of bright & fun stuff (including these neat pom-pom hair bands). And we were happy to run into some of our favorite fellow Maine screenprinters, Ktaadn there! Extra bonus: our booth was right across from Dusty Groove Records, who filled the whole weekend with great bossa nova & afro-funk.
